اثر سطوح متفاوت نانوذرات آهن جیره بر رشد و شاخص‌های خونی بچه‌ماهی انگشت‌قد کپور معمولی (Cyprinus carpio)

چکیده

این مطالعه با هدف بررسی افزودن سطوح متفاوت نانوذرات آهن صفر ظرفیتی به جیره غذایی و تاثیر آن بر رشد و شاخص­های خونی بچه­ماهی انگشت­قد کپور معمولی انجام شد. 150 قطعه ماهی با وزن متوسط 10/0±14/6 گرم به مدت 8 هفته با جیره­های حاوی صفر، 50، 100، 150 و mg/Kg200 نانوذره آهن صفر ظرفیتی تغذیه شدند. نتایج نشان می دهد که مقادیر شاخص­های وزن نهایی، وزن به دست آمده، طول نهایی، نرخ رشد ویژه، درصد افزایش وزن بدن، درصد رشد روزانه، کارایی غذا و کارایی پروتئین و چربی در تیمار mg/Kg150 نانوذره آهن اختلاف معنی­داری را با سایر تیمارها نشان دادند (05/0>P). شاخص کبدی در تیمار صفر دارای بیشترین مقدار بود (05/0>P). بیشترین مقادیر گلبول‌های­ قرمز، غلظت هموگلوبین و درصد هماتوکریت در تیمار mg/Kg150 و کمترین آن­ها در تیمار صفر مشاهده شد (05/0>P). تعداد گلبول­های سفید و شاخص MCV در تیمار mg/Kg150 دارای کمترین مقدار بود (05/0>P)؛ اما مقادیر MCH، MCHC، مونوسیت و ائوزوفیل در بین تیمارها تفاوت معنی­داری را در بر نداشت (05/0<P). بر اساس نتایج، افزودن نانوذرات آهن صفر ظرفیتی در غلظت mg/Kg150 که به دلیل افزایش نسبت سطح به حجم دارای اثرگذاری بیشتری در مقایسه با هم نوع خود در مقیاس بزرگ‌تر هستند، در جیره غذایی بچه‌ماهی کپور معمولی توصیه می­شود.
