Hematological and biochemical parameters were measured before catching (without handling), during the catches and 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 and 48 hours after transportation. The biochemical parameters including cortisol, glucose and lactate had significant differences among treated fishes (P<0.05). The cortisol and glucose levels rose quickly since catching up to 12 hours after it and significantly decreased after 24 hours, but it never returned to the normal level. The highest and lowest level of lactate was observed during catches and coming 12 hours. Except monocytes, all hematological parameters including the number of white and red blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit, mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, neutrophils and lymphocytes had significant differences among treated fishes (P<0.05). The amounts of hemoglobin and hematocrit were significantly increased 12 hours after fishes were caught (P<0.05). The results of hematological and biochemical parameters showed that catching and handling of juvenile silver carp had harassment effects on fish welfare and it is necessary to provide optimum conditions to reduce stress effects.}, keywords = {Stress,Hematological indices,Cortisol,Glucose,Aquaculture,Silver carp}, title_fa = {پاسخ‌های استرس و خون‌شناسی بچه ماهی کپور نقره‌ای (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) به دستکاری‌های ناشی از صید}, abstract_fa = {با توجه به جایگاه ماهی کپور نقرهای (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) در سیستم پرورش چند گونهای کپورماهیان، در این مطالعه تاثیر استرس ناشی از صید، دستکاری و حمل و نقل بر شاخصهای استرس و خون‌شناسی بچه ماهیان کپور نقرهای مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به این منظور، شاخصهای مذکور قبل از حمل و نقل (بدون دستکاری)، در حین صید و 1، 3، 6، 12، 24 و 48 ساعت پس از انتقال بچه ماهیها با متوسط وزن 5/1±5/13 گرم اندازهگیری شد. شاخصهای استرس شامل کورتیزول، گلوکز و لاکتات در طی زمانهای مختلف دارای اختلاف معنیداری بودند (05/0>P)، به طوری که میزان کورتیزول و گلوکز پلاسما از هنگام صید تا 12 ساعت پس از آن افزایش یافت و پس از 24 ساعت کاهش معناداری پیدا کرد، ولی تا 48 ساعت بعد از صید به مقدار قبل از صید نرسید. بیشترین و کمترین مقدار لاکتات به ترتیب در زمان صید و 12 ساعت بعد از آن مشاهده شد. به استثنای تعداد مونوسیت‌ها، همه شاخصهای خون‌شناسی شامل تعداد گلبولهای سفید، تعداد گلبولهای قرمز، هموگلوبین، هماتوکریت، حجم متوسط گلبولی، وزن متوسط هموگلوبین گلبولی، غلظت متوسط هموگلوبین گلبولهای قرمز، درصد نوتروفیلها و لنفوسیتها در طی زمانهای مختلف دارای اختلاف معنیداری بودند (05/0>P). مقدار هموگلوبین و هماتوکریت 12 ساعت بعد از صید افزایش معناداری پیدا کرد (05/0>P). نتایج بررسی شاخصهای خون‌شناسی و استرس نشان داد که با توجه به تاثیرات استرس ناشی از صید و حمل و نقل بر وضعیت فیزیولوژیک بچه ماهیان کپور نقره‌ای، برای حفظ سلامتی و افزایش بقای بچه ماهیان باید از روش‌هایی با کمترین میزان دستکاری ماهی، استفاده کرد.}, keywords_fa = {Stress,Hematological indices,Cortisol,Glucose,Aquaculture,Silver carp}, url = {https://japb.guilan.ac.ir/article_2027.html}, eprint = {https://japb.guilan.ac.ir/article_2027_197e55edd35e2144abf9acfb5d65cfb5.pdf} }
