Therefore, eight different experimental diets consisted of  various dietary levels of HUFA (0, 0.5, 1 and 2 percent) at a fixed dietary PUFA of 20 percent (the first experiment) and various dietary PUFA levels (10, 20, 30 and 40 percent) at a fixed dietary HUFA of 8 percent (the second experiment) were formulated. Stocking density of larvae was 100 larvae per each container and the experiments lasted for six weeks. At the end of the experiments, six fish were randomly taken and the proximal intestine was dissected out and fixed for classical histological studies. In the first experiment concomitant with any increase in dietary HUFA content, epithelial thickness and villous height significantly decreased (P<0.05) and according to the results the appropriate HUFA level could be 0.5 percent of the dietary lipid moiety. However, in the second experiment only villous height of duodenum was affected by experimental diets (P<0.05) and villous height was the highest (207.2±10.3μm) at PUFA level of 20 percent of the total dietary lipid. In conclusion, it is recommended that in the case of using vegetable oils in feed formulation (to replace marine lipid sources) led to higher PUFA levels, dietary HUFA levels could be increased to eight percent for keeping normal intestine morphometry.}, keywords = {Diet,Unsaturated Fatty Acids,Larva,Weaning,Rainbow trout}, title_fa = {اثر سطوح مختلف اسیدهای چرب غیراشباع بلند زنجیره و اسیدهای چرب غیراشباع با چند پیوند دوگانه در جیره غذایی بر برخی شاخص‌های ریخت‌سنجی روده پیشین لارو قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss)}, abstract_fa = {هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف اسیدهای چرب جیره غذایی (HUFA و PUFA) بر برخی شاخصهای ریختسنجی روده پیشین لاروهای ماهی قزلآلای رنگینکمان در شروع تغذیه آغازین بود. بنابراین هشت جیره غذایی مختلف شامل جیرههای حاوی سطوح مختلف HUFA شامل صفر، 5/0، 1، 2 درصد در سطحPUFA  برابر 20 درصد (آزمایش نخست) و سطوح مختلف PUFA شامل 10، 20، 30 و 40 درصد در سطح HUFA معادل 8 درصد چربی جیره غذایی (آزمایش دوم) تنظیم شد. تراکم لاروها در هر مخزن پرورشی 100 قطعه بود و آزمایش به مدت شش هفته به طول انجامید. در پایان آزمایش، از هر تیمار شش قطعه ماهی به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و قسمت ابتدایی روده کوچک آنها برای مطالعات بافت شناسی کلاسیک نمونه‌برداری شد. در آزمایش نخست با افزایش سطح HUFA جیره غذایی، ضخامت اپیتلیوم و ارتفاع چین‌های روده (Villi) کاهش یافت (05/0>P) و سطح مناسب HUFA در این آزمایش 5/0 درصد تشخیص داده شد. همچنین در آزمایش دوم تنها ارتفاع چین بخش پیشین روده تحت تاثیر جیرههای آزمایشی قرار گرفت (05/0>P) و در سطح PUFA 20 درصد از چربی کل جیره، ارتفاع چین (3/10±3/207 میکرومتر) از بیشترین میزان برخوردار بود. بنابراین توصیه میشود در صورت استفاده از منابع روغن گیاهی (جایگزینی منابع دریایی با منابع گیاهی) که موجب افزایش میزان PUFA جیره غذایی میشود، سطح اسیدهای چرب غیراشباع بلند زنجیره میتواند تا هشت درصد افزایش یابد تا ساختار طبیعی بافت روده حفظ شود.}, keywords_fa = {Diet,Unsaturated Fatty Acids,Larva,Weaning,Rainbow trout}, url = {https://japb.guilan.ac.ir/article_3300.html}, eprint = {https://japb.guilan.ac.ir/article_3300_9452fe496e9f48d1083890c8b45526ef.pdf} }
