Because of that, all female production is very important in these species. In this research, the effects of dietary 17-β estradiol on growth performance and sex reversal of beluga and Persian sturgeon were investigated. Initial mean weights of beluga and Persian sturgeon were 172 and 47g, respectively and stocking densities were 25 individuals per 1000-liter tank and 14 individuals per 200-liter tank, respectively. In both species, fish were fed 0 (control) and 30 mg estradiol/kg with two replicates for beluga and three replicates for Persian sturgeon. Results showed that the growth performance of both species was significantly affected by dietary estradiol 40 and 100 days after the beginning of the experiment, respectively. Histological assessment of gonad tissue indicated that females were predominant in both species comparing with the control group. Sex composition was 72.5% female, 17.5% male, and 10% undetectable in the hormonal treatment of beluga and 85% female, 10% male and 5% undetectable in the hormonal treatment of Persian sturgeon, but females were lower than 60% in the control group of both species. In conclusion, the dietary administration of estradiol was relatively successful in sex reversal of both sturgeon species. However, determination of the optimum level of estradiol requires more studies because of its negative effects on growth performance and fish health.}, keywords = {Sex Reversal,Estradiol,Huso huso,Acipenser persicus}, title_fa = {امکان‌سنجی تغییر جنسیت فنوتیپی در فیل‌ماهی و تاس‌ماهی ایرانی}, abstract_fa = {فیل‌ماهی (Huso hoso) و تاس‌ماهی ایرانی (Acipenser persicus) با ارزش‌ترین خاویار دنیا را تولید می‌کنند، به همین دلیل تولید ماهیان تمام ماده در این گونه‌ها اهمیت بسیار زیادی دارد. از این رو، در مطالعه حاضر تاثیر استفاده از هورمون 17- بتا استرادیول در جیره غذایی بر رشد و ماده‌سازی دو گونه فیل‌ماهی و تاس‌ماهی ایرانی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. میانگین وزن اولیه در فیل‌ماهی و تاس‌ماهی ایرانی به ترتیب 172 و 47 گرم بود. تراکم ذخیره‌سازی 25 عدد فیل‌ماهی در هر مخزن 1000 لیتری و 14 عدد تاس‌ماهی در هر مخزن 200 لیتری بود. در هر دو گونه، هورمون استرادیول به مقدار 0 (شاهد) و 30 میلی‌گرم (تیمار هورمونی) به ازای هر کیلوگرم غذا اضافه شد و در قالب دو تیمار و دو تکرار در فیل‌ماهی و دو تیمار و سه تکرار در تاس‌ماهی ایرانی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که در هر دو گونه فیل‌ماهی و تاس‌ماهی ایرانی به ترتیب بعد از 40 و 100 روز، رشد به شدت تحت تاثیر هورمون استرادیول قرار گرفت. بررسی برش‌های بافتی گنادها نشان داد که در هر دو گونه، درصد ماده‌ها در تیمار هورمونی بیش‌تر از شاهد بود. در تیمار هورمونی فیل‌ماهی 5/72 درصد ماده، 5/17 درصد نر و 10 درصد با جنسیت نامشخص بودند. در تیمار هورمونی تاس‌ماهی 85 درصد ماده، 10 درصد نر و 5 درصد با جنسیت نامشخص بودند. ولی در گروه شاهد هر دو گونه، ماده‌ها کمتر از 60 درصد بودند. بنابراین استفاده از هورمون استرادیول در تغییر جنسیت گونه‌های بررسی‌شده، نسبتا موثر بود. هر چند به دلیل اثرات منفی آن بر رشد و سلامتی ماهیان، تعیین مقدار مناسب نیازمند مطالعات بیشتری است.}, keywords_fa = {تغییر جنسیت,استرادیول,فیل‌ماهی,تاس‌ماهی ایرانی}, url = {https://japb.guilan.ac.ir/article_3482.html}, eprint = {https://japb.guilan.ac.ir/article_3482_24ed0f394624d1d94fdbc5c07ae0494a.pdf} }
