The purpose of this study was to extract ultraviolet absorbing compounds using different solvent and temperature. Thus, the cyanobacterium Leptolyngbya fragilis and red algae Hypnea musciformis were used to extract ultraviolet absorbing compounds. Different solvents including 100% and 20% methanol, 70% ethanol, distilled water and 100% ethyl acetate were used for MAA extraction at 2 different temperatures of 4°C and 45°C. The cyanobacterium Leptolyngbya fragilis showed the highest amount of UV-absorbing compounds in the 100% ethyl acetate extract at 4°C at a wavelength of 384nm (λmax = 1.78154), while red algae Hypnea musciformis in the 20% methanol extract at 45°C at a wavelength of 336nm (λmax = 0.933). Moreover, in the 70% ethanol extract, absorption in the ultraviolet range was almost zero. In general, it can be said that not only the solvent and temperature used to extract ultraviolet adsorbents effect the extraction efficiency, but these indices are not the same in different species.}, keywords = {: Cyanobacteria,Red Algae,Ultraviolet absorbing compounds,Mycosporine-like amino acids MAA}, title_fa = {بهینه‌سازی روش استخراج اسید آمینه‌های شبه مایکوسپورین (MAA) از جلبک قرمز Hypnea musciformis و سیانوباکتری جدا شده از چشمه‌ آب گرم گنو}, abstract_fa = {جلبکها موجوداتی فتوسنتز کننده هستند که برای مقابله با آسیبهای پرتوهای فرا‌بنفش، ترکیبات محافظت کننده‌ای را همچون اسید آمینههای شبه مایکوسپورین (MAA) تولید می‌کنند. هدف از این مطالعه استخراج ترکیبات جاذب فرا‌بنفش با استفاده از حلال و دمای مناسب است. در این مطالعه سیانوباکتری Leptolyngbya fragilis و جلبک قرمز  Hypnea musciformisبرای استخراج ترکیبات جاذب اشعه فرا‌بنفش مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند.  برای این منظور از حلالهای متانول 100 و 20 درصد، اتانول 70 درصد، آب مقطر و اتیل استات 100 درصد در دو دمای مختلف 4 و 45 درجه سانتیگراد به منظور عصارهگیری استفاده شد. در سیانوباکتری Leptolyngbya fragile بیشترین میزان ترکیبات استخراج شده با استفاده از اتیل استات 100 درصد و دمای 4 درجه سانتیگراد در طول موج 384 نانومتر (78154/1= maxλ) و در جلبک قرمز Hypnea musciformis با استفاده از متانول 20 درصد و دمای 45 درجه سانتیگراد در طول موج 336 نانومتر (933/0=max λ) به دست آمد. همچنین در عصاره اتانولی 70 درصد جذب در دامنه فرا‌بنفش بسیار ناچیز بود. به طور کلی میتوان گفت نه تنها حلال و دمای مورد استفاده برای استخراج ترکیبات جاذب اشعه فرا‌بنفش در بازده استخراج تاثیرگذار است، بلکه این شاخص‌ها در گونههای مختلف نیز یکسان نیستند.}, keywords_fa = {سیانوباکتری,جلبک قرمز,ترکیبات جاذب فرا‌بنفش,اسید آمینه‌های شبه مایکوسپورین,MAA}, url = {https://japb.guilan.ac.ir/article_3920.html}, eprint = {https://japb.guilan.ac.ir/article_3920_be923d69dc5caacaedc4528e3f5cf5aa.pdf} }
