For this purpose, 375 juvenile fish (15±4.6g) were randomly divided into five groups in three replications. Group 1, 2 and 3 were respectively fed with a diet containing 5×106, 5×107 and 5×108 CFU/g Lactobacillus casei throughout the experiment. Group 4 (negative control) was fed with a basal diet (no probiotic and lead) during all experiment period. Group 5 (positive control) was fed with the basal diet for 45 days and was subsequently fed with diets containing 500 µg/kg lead nitrate similar to the probiotic groups for 21 days. Blood sampling was performed to measure the parameters on days of 0, 45, 52, 59, and 66. The results showed that LDH, cholesterol and triglyceride levels were significantly reduced in most probiotic treatments after probiotic consumption for 45 days compared to a negative control group (p < 0.05). After exposure to lead, serum ALP and LDH values in group 2 were significantly lower than group 5 (p < 0.05). In group 2, GSH enzyme levels significantly increased compared to group 5 on day 52 (p < 0.05). The findings of this study showed that supplementing the diet with Lactobacillus casei in rainbow trout can be effective in preventing the chronic effects of lead poisoning by improving the biochemical and antioxidant indices. It seems that level of 5×107 CFU/g of probiotic bacteria had an ameliorative effect on improving of the biomarkers.}, keywords = {probiotic,lead,Blood sreum,Trout,Lactobacillus caesi}, title_fa = {بررسی تاثیر سطوح مختلف باکتری Lactobacillus casei بر وضعیت دفاع آنتی‌اکسیدانی و برخی فراسنجه‌های بیوشیمیایی سرم خون ماهی قزل‌آلای ‌رنگین‌کمان پس از مصرف سرب در جیره غذایی}, abstract_fa = {هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثرات مصرف باکتری Lactobacillus casei روی برخی از فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی و آنتی‌اکسیدانی سرم خون ماهی قز‌ل‌آلای ‌رنگین‌کمان پس از مواجهه با فلز سرب در جیره است. برای این منظور، 375 قطعه ماهی (6/4±15 گرم) به طور تصادفی به پنج گروه تقسیم شدند (با سه تکرار). گروه یک، دو و سه به ترتیب با جیره‌های حاوی 106×5، 107×5 و CFU/g 108×5 پروبیوتیک تغذیه شدند. گروه چهارم (شاهد منفی) با جیره پایه تغذیه شد. گروه پنجم (شاهد مثبت) ابتدا به مدت 45 روز با جیره پایه و سپس به مدت 21 روز همراه با گروه‌های پروبیوتیکی با غذای حاوی نیترات سرب تغذیه شد. خون‌گیری در روزهای صفر، 45، 52، 59 و 66 صورت گرفت. طبق نتایج مقادیر LDH، کلسترول و تری‌گلیسرید در اغلب تیمارهای پروبیوتیکی پس از 45 روز نسبت به گروه شاهد منفی کاهش معنی‌داری داشت (05/0p <). پس از مواجهه با سرب مقادیر ALP و LDH سرم در گروه دو نسبت به پنج از کاهش معنی‌داری برخوردار بود (05/0p <). در گروه دو سطح آنزیم گلوتاتیون در روز 52 افزایش معنی‌داری نسبت به گروه پنج داشته است (05/0p <). بر اساس نتایج، استفاده از پروبیوتیک مذکور در ماهی قزلآلای رنگین‌کمان می‌تواند با بهبود شاخصهای بیوشیمیایی و آنتی‌اکسیدانی ماهی در پیشگیری از مسمومیت با سرب موثر باشد. همچنین به نظر میرسد که سطح CFU/g107×5 باکتری تاثیر بهتری در بهبود فراسنجه‌های مورد مطالعه داشت.}, keywords_fa = {probiotic,lead,Blood sreum,Trout,Lactobacillus caesi}, url = {https://japb.guilan.ac.ir/article_4080.html}, eprint = {https://japb.guilan.ac.ir/article_4080_1ac07d9012cc4b3544855305ce47d2b8.pdf} }
