For this purpose, 300 fingerlings with an average body weight of 15±1.5g were randomly distributed to 5 treatments and fed at 3 different stages as follow: stage 1 with a diet containing 20g/kg of plant powder alone or in combination (treatments 3-5), stage 2 with a diet containing 2.3 mg/kg of Roundup® (treatments 2-5) and stage 3 feeding with diets with neither contaminant nor the medicinal plant powders. Results showed that at the end of the first stage, intestinal tissue had normal microscopic appearance. Pathological changes including necrosis, detachment of intestinal villus, vacuolation in intestinal epithelial cells, infiltration of inflammatory cells along with edema and hyperemia were observed at the end of the second stage in those groups exposed to dietary Roundup® (treatment 2), but those fish previously received diets supplemented with rosemary or thyme (treatments 3 and 4) showed mild tissue changes. Furthermore, simultaneous dietary administration of rosemary and thyme powders (treatment 5) resulted in better tissue protection. Based on the results of the stage 3, after two weeks long recovery period, tissue significant structure amendment was observed in comparison to the previous stage (P<0.05). In conclusion, dietary inclusion of medicinal plant Rosmarinus officinalis and Zataria multiflora powders could reduce the histopathological changes in intestine of common carp fingerling exposed to dietary Roundup®.}, keywords = {Tissue Damage,Intestine,Herbicide,Medicinal plant,Cyprinus carpio}, title_fa = {اثر افزودن پودر گیاهان رزماری (Rosmarinus officinalis) و آویشن (Zataria multiflora) به جیره غذایی بر بافت روده بچه ماهی کپور معمولی (Cyprinus carpio) تغذیه شده با خوراک آلوده به علف کش رانداپ}, abstract_fa = {مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین آسیبهای علف‌کش رانداپ بر بافت روده بچهماهی کپور معمولی و اثر افزودن پودر گیاهان دارویی آویشن (Rosmarinus officinalis) و رزماری (Zataria multiflora) به جیره غذایی برای کاهش آسیبها انجام پذیرفت. به این منظور، 300 قطعه بچهماهی کپور معمولی با میانگین وزنی 5/1±15 گرم در قالب 5 تیمار تقسیم و در سه مرحله شامل مرحله اول: با جیره غذایی حاوی 20 گرم در کیلوگرم از پودر گیاهان به تنهایی و یا ترکیبی (تیمارهای 3-5)، مرحله دوم، با جیره غذایی دارای 3/2 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم سم رانداپ (تیمارهای 2-5) و مرحله سوم با جیره غذایی بدون سم و پودر گیاهان دارویی تغذیه شدند. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که در انتهای مرحله اول روده ماهیان ساختار میکروسکوپی طبیعی داشتند. در پایان مرحله دوم، تغییرات بافتی از قبیل نکروز و ریزش پرزهای روده، حفرهدار شدن سلولهای اپیتلیالی روده، نفوذ سلولهای التهابی، ادم و پرخونی در گروه دریافت کننده سم (تیمار 2)، مشاهده شد، ولی ماهیانی که جیرههای غذایی حاوی رزماری و آویشن دریافت کردند (تیمارهای 3 و 4)، آسیبهای بافتی خفیفی نشان دادند. به علاوه، افزودن ترکیب دو گیاه به جیره (تیمار 5) اثرات بهبودی بیشتری نسبت به تیمارهای 3 و 4 داشت. بر اساس نتایج مرحله سوم، بعد از گذشت دو هفته دوره بهبودی، ترمیم معنیدار ساختار بافت نسبت به مرحله قبل مشاهده شد (05/0P<). به طور کلی، افزودن گیاهان آویشن و رزماری به جیره غذایی بچه‌ماهی کپور معمولی توانست باعث کاهش آسیبهای بافت روده ناشی از سم رانداپ شود.}, keywords_fa = {آسیب های بافتی,روده,علف‌کش,گیاهان دارویی,کپور معمولی}, url = {https://japb.guilan.ac.ir/article_5508.html}, eprint = {https://japb.guilan.ac.ir/article_5508_0c5d0dad330cfb45bd90e6aee579f797.pdf} }
