Neutrality tests results significantly were negative for 16S rRNA, 12S rRNA and D-Loop, indicating the effect of recent expansion or directional selection during evolution, whereas the result for MMD analyze wasn’t consistent to the demographic model of sudden expansion. Analyze of molecular variance for each genes show that: the S. abaster populations of west Mediterranean lagoons genetically diverged in three groups including eastern group, western-central group and southern group, as 63-84% of observed diversity belongs to the among groups. Genetic divergence among the central(A2) and western(A1 and A3) populations still wasn’t much and together placed in a common clade(A), whereas divergence levels of eastern and southern populations are very high and each group of populations placed in a separate clade(respectively C and B). Central populations are founder populations which those origins placed in western lagoons in the southern coasts of France and Spain. In addition, a genetic barrier was identified which block the gene flow among eastern and western parts of west Mediterranean lagoons. High divergence among the three clades may be due to geographic discontinuity, habitat conditions such as different temperature, salinity and levels of unsolved oxygen and also effects of evolutionary forces including genetic drift, bottlenecks, natural selection and founder effects. Increasing divergence among three clades during evolution cause creation of subspecies, pripatric speciations and hybrid zone. According to the high levels of genetic diversity and also significant results for phylogenetic, demographic and genetic structure analysis for D-Loop, we can say that this gene is the best one in studies of phylogenetic and genetic structure of S. abaster.}, keywords = {mtDNA,Syngnathus abaster,Phylogeny,Population genetic}, title_fa = {مقایسه بیوانفورماتیکی چهار ژن‌ mtDNA مربوط به جمعیت‌های سوزن ماهی (Syngnathus abaster) درتالاب‌های ناحیه غرب مدیترانه به منظور بررسی روابط فیلوژنتیک، تاریخ دموگرافیک و شناسایی ساختار ژنتیک جمعیت}, abstract_fa = {به منظور شناسایی مناسب‌ترین ژن در مطالعات فیلوژنتیک و ژنتیک جمعیت Syngnathus abaster، توالی‌های مربوط به چهار ژن میتوکندریایی شامل Cyt b، 12S rRNA، 16S rRNA و DLoop مربوط به 13 جمعیت از تالاب‌های غرب مدیترانه از طریق GenBank به دست آمد و برای آنالیز استفاده شد. نتایج تست‌های Neutrality برای ژن‌های 16S rRNA، 12S rRNA و DLoop به طور معنی‌داری منفی شد که نشان‌دهنده گسترش جمعیتی یا اثر انتخاب جهت‌دار است، و از طرف دیگر نتایج آنالیز MMD برای هیچ یک از ژن‌ها، سازگار با مدل گسترش ناگهانی جمعیت نبود. آنالیز واریانس برای هر چهار ژن نشان داد که جمعیت‌های S. abaster از لحاظ ژنتیکی در سه گروه شامل گروه شرقی، غربی مرکزی و جنوبی جای می‌گیرند، به طوری که برای هر چهار ژن، %7563 از تنوع کل مربوط به میان گروه‌ها بود. واگرایی ژنتیکی میان جمعیت‌های مرکزی (ساب‌کلاد A2) و غربی (ساب‌کلادهای A1 و A3) هنوز کم است و با هم در ارتباط هستند (کلاد A) در حالی که گروه‌های جنوبی و شرقی واگرایی بالایی را نشان داده اند و هر کدام داخل یک کلاد قرار گرفتند (به ترتیب B و C). جمعیت‌های مرکزی، جمعیت‌هایی موسس‌اند که منشاشان جمعیت‌های غربی در سواحل فرانسه و اسپانیا است. به علاوه یک سد ژنتیکی درون ناحیه شناسایی شد که سبب بلوکه شدن جریان ژنی میان غرب و شرق ناحیه مورد مطالعه می‌شد. واگرایی ژنتیکی ایجاد شده میان سه گروه جمعیتی می‌تواند به دلیل سد‌های جغرافیایی میان گروه‌های جمعیتی و یا شرایط زیستگاهی از جمله دما، شوری، میزان اکسیژن محلول آب و همچنین اثر نیروهای تکاملی ازجمله رانش، تنگناها، انتخاب و اثرات موسس باشد. با افزایش واگرایی احتمال ایجاد زیرگونه‌ها و درنتیجه گونه‌زایی پری‌پاتریک و ایجاد ناحیه هیبرید وجود خواهد داشت. با توجه به تنوع بالای مشاهده شده برای ناحیه DLoop و نظر به معنی‌داری آن در هر سه آنالیز فیلوژنتیک، تاریخ دموگرافیک و ساختار ژنتیک جمعیت، می‌توان گفت که این ژن مناسب‌ترین ژن در مطالعات فیلوژنتیک، و ژنتیک جمعیت این گونه است.}, keywords_fa = {mtDNA,Syngnathus abaster,فیلوژنی,ژنتیک جمعیت}, url = {https://japb.guilan.ac.ir/article_557.html}, eprint = {https://japb.guilan.ac.ir/article_557_ba1f8036436849c196f21ef43efd5522.pdf} }
