In the breeding season, blood and muscle tissue from breeder samples were taken and then normal and abnormal eggs as well as hatchlings muscle were sampled. Normal eggs were divided into three parts including shell, albumin and yolk and abnormal eggs were divided into two parts including albumin and shell. After separating the samples and preparing for the measurement of heavy metals, the amount of heavy metals lead, zinc and cadmium were measured by ICP-Mass. According to the results, the highest bioaccumulation of heavy metals was related to zinc and then lead and the lowest was related to cadmium. The highest accumulation was in breeder blood, normal egg yolk and hatchlings muscle, respectively, and the lowest bioaccumulation was related to cadmium metal in these tissues. The highest amount of cadmium was observed in normal and abnormal eggshells. The present results showed that blood, yolk and eggshell are as a bioindicator for zinc, lead and cadmium, respectively, and the bioaccumulation of all three metals in breeder blood and muscle tissues and different parts of normal and abnormal shell as well as hatchling muscle was less than the WHO standard.}, keywords = {Heavy metals,Persian Gulf,Hawksbill Turtle,Ommolgorm Island,Pollution index}, title_fa = {بررسی میزان انتقال فلزات سنگین سرب، روی و کادمیم از مولدین لاک‌پشت منقار عقابی (Eretmochelys imbricata) به نوزادان تفریخ شده در جزیره ام‌الگرم}, abstract_fa = {در پژوهش حاضر میزان تجمع فلزات سنگین سرب، روی و کادمیوم در بافت‌های خون و عضله مولد ماده، تخم و نوزاد لاک‌پشت منقار عقابی در تیرماه 1397 در جزیره ام‌الگرم استان بوشهر سنجیده شد. در فصل تخمگذاری از نمونه‌های مولد ماده خون و بافت عضله و سپس از نمونه‌های تخم طبیعی و ناقص و همچنین عضله نوزاد نمونه‌برداری شد. سپس تخم‌های طبیعی به سه بخش پوسته، آلبومین و زرده و تخم‌های ناقص به دو بخش آلبومین و پوسته تفکیک شدند. پس از تفکیک نمونه‌ها و آماده‌سازی برای سنجش فلزات سنگین، میزان فلزات سنگین سرب، روی و کادمیوم به وسیله دستگاه ICP-Mass اندازه‌گیری شدند. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده بیشترین میزان تجمع زیستی فلزات سنگین مربوط به فلز روی و سپس سرب و کمترین میزان مربوط به فلز کادمیوم بود. بیشترین میزان تجمع به ترتیب در بافت‌های خون مولد، زرده تخم طبیعی و عضله نوزاد بود و کمترین میزان تجمع زیستی به ترتیب مربوط به فلز کادمیوم در این بافت‌ها بود. بیشترین میزان فلز کادمیوم در پوسته تخم طبیعی و ناقص مشاهده شد. نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد بافت خون، زرده و پوسته تخم به ترتیب به عنوان شاخص زیستی فلزات روی، سرب و کادمیوم هستند و تجمع هر سه فلز در بافت‌های خون و عضله مولد و بخش‌های مختلف پوسته طبیعی و ناقص و همچنین عضله نوزاد کمتر از استاندارد جهانی WHO بود.}, keywords_fa = {فلزات سنگین,خلیج فارس,لاکپشت منقار عقابی,جزیره ام‌الگرم,شاخص آلودگی}, url = {https://japb.guilan.ac.ir/article_5651.html}, eprint = {https://japb.guilan.ac.ir/article_5651_17a306550593f6b09bc72d4f779daf16.pdf} }
