The amount of DNA extracted in the samples of cream and caviar extract based on Nanodrop measurement was equal to 5 to 20 ng/µL, but it was not possible to examine these samples on agarose gel due to the little concentration. In order to test for the presence or absence of caviar extract and cream in the cosmetic cream, the mitochondrial DNA tracing method of sturgeon species was used by amplifying important fragments in global barcoding tests such as cytochrome oxidase I (<em>COI</em>) and cytochrome <em>b</em> (<em>Cyt</em> <em>b</em>). Amplified fragments in cream and caviar extract were analyzed by sequencing. The fragment length in <em>COI</em> gene was 650 nucleotides and in <em>Cyt b</em> was 1200 nucleotides. The final results showed that the cream and extract samples contain sturgeon DNA. The sturgeon species used to make the cream was closer to the Siberian sturgeon species (<em>Acipenser baerii</em>). به منظور بررسی وجود یا عدم وجود DNA در نمونه کرم و عصاره خاویار، چهار نمونه کرم و یک نمونه عصاره خاویار با استفاده از نانودراپ و  ژل آگارز ارزیابی شدند. میزان DNA استخراج شده در نمونه‌های کرم و عصاره خاویار بر اساس سنجش با نانودراپ برابر با 5 تا 20 نانوگرم در میکرولیتر بود، ولی بررسی این نمونه‌ها به جهت غلظت کم، روی ژل امکان‌پذیر نشد. به منظور آزمودن وجود یا عدم وجود DNA در عصاره و کرم خاویار در کرم آرایشی از روش ردیابی DNA میتوکندریایی گونه‌های تاس‌ماهیان و با استفاده از تکثیر قطعات پراهمیت در آزمون‌های بارکدینگ (Barcoding) جهانی مثل قطعه سیتوکروم اکسیداز I (<em>COI</em> )و سیتوکروم اکسیداز <em>b</em> (<em>Cyt</em> <em>b</em>) استفاده شد. قطعات تکثیر شده در کرم‌ها و عصاره خاویار مورد آنالیز توالی‌یابی قرار گرفتند که طول قطعه در ژن <em>COI</em> برابر 650 نوکلئوتید و در <em>Cyt b</em> برابر 1200 نوکلئوتید بود. نتایج نهایی نشان داد نمونه‌های کرم و عصاره، حاوی DNA تاس‌ماهیان بود و گونه تاس‌ماهی که از آن برای تهیه کرم استفاده شده بود به گونه تاسماهی سیبری (<em>Acipenser baerii</em>) نزدیک‌تر بود. https://japb.guilan.ac.ir/article_5020_00cb8a4225392e38a7ee3eff923865e3.pdf
