اثرات نانوذرات سلنیوم بر برخی آنزیم‌ها و فراسنجه‌های بیوشیمایی مایع اسپرمی مولدین نر قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss)

چکیده

در پژوهش حاضر، تاثیر سطوح مختلف نانوذرات سلنیوم بر آنزیم‌های مایع اسپرمی شامل آسپارات آمینوترانسفراز (AST)، آلانین آمینوترانسفراز (ALT)، آلکالین فسفاتاز (ALP)، سوپراکسید دیسموتاز (SOD)، کاتالاز، لیزوزیم، مالون دی‌آلدهید (MDA) و آلبومین در مولدین نر قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان بررسی شد. تعداد 84 قطعه ماهی مولد نر سه ساله به چهار گروه آزمایشی با سه تکرار تقسیم شدند. ماهیان با جیره­های حاوی 0 (شاهد)، 5/0، 1 و 2 میلی‌گرم نانوذرات سلنیوم در کیلوگرم جیره به مدت 60 روز تغذیه شدند. نتایج بررسی مایع اسپرمی ماهیان تیمارهای مختلف از نظر میزان ALP، ALT و لیزوزیم مایع اسپرمی اختلاف معنی­داری را نشان نداد (05/0P>). بیشترین میزان آنزیم ALT، در تیمار 2 میلی­گرم نانوذرات سلنیوم بود و میزان MDA، ALT و ALP مایع اسپرمی در تیمارهای دیگر نسبت به تیمار شاهد به صورت معنی‌داری بالاتر بود (05/0>P). بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده برای افزایش بازده تکثیر مولدین نر قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان و بهبود شاخص­های آنتی‌اکسیدانی و ایمنی مایع اسپرمی، می­توان افزودن مقدار 2 میلی­گرم نانوذرات سلنیوم در کیلوگرم را به جیره غذایی توصیه کرد.
