فلوروتانن استخراج شده از ماکروجلبک‌های قهوه‌ای به عنوان یک منبع جدید آنتی‌اکسیدانی

چکیده

بهره‌گیری‌های صنعتی از جلبک‌های دریایی در دهه‌های گذشته رشد نمایی را نشان می‌دهد. کاربردهای غذایی به ویژه در ترکیبات غذای انسان و کاربردهای درمانی از مهم‌ترین این بهره‌مندی‌ها به شمار می‌آید. هدف مطالعه حاضر ارزیابی فعالیت زیستی فراکشن آلی، آبی و اتیل‌استاتی از دو گونه ماکروجلبک قهوه‌ای Polycladia myrica و Padina sp. از سواحل جزیره قشم بود. در مطالعه تجربی حاضر، به منظور شناسایی گونه برتر، خواص زیستی شامل خواص آنتی‌اکسیدانى و ضدباکتریایی، از یک گرادیان غلظتی با روش‌های سنجش توان احیاکنندگی آهن، FRAP و مهار رادیکال‌های آزاد DPPH و ABTS، تعیین ترکیبات فنلی و فلوروتانن و نیز سنجش فعالیت ضدباکتریایی به روش دیسک انتشار استفاده شد. فراکشن اتیل‌استاتی در هر دو گونه ماکروجلبکی بیشترین فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی را در تمامی روش‌های مورد آزمایش داشت. تنها فراکشن اتیل‌استاتی ماکروجلبک Padina sp. فعالیت ضدباکتریایی نسبت به همه سویه‌های مورد مطالعه نشان داد. هر دو گونه ماکروجلبک قهوه‌ای Polycladia myrica و Padina sp. خواص آنتی‌اکسیدانی و ضدباکتریایی داشتند، اما ماکروجلبک گونه Padina sp. به دلیل داشتن مقادیر زیادی فنل و فلوروتانن و قدرت آنتی‌اکسیدانی و ضدباکتریایی بالا، می‌تواند به عنوان گونه‌ای با ارجحیت خواص زیستی معرفی شود.
