مقایسه ریزترکیبات شیمیایی اتولیت در ماهیان سفید (Rutilus frisii kutum) ماده تولیدمثلی و غیرتولیدمثلی

چکیده

در پژوهش حاضر میزان ریزترکیبات استرانسیوم (Sr)، باریوم (Ba) و کلسیم (Ca) و همچنین نسبت‌های Sr:Ca، Ba:Ca و Sr:Ba در اتولیت ماهی سفیدRutilus frisii kutum ماده فعال و غیرفعال تولیدمثلی پنج ساله، به منظور مطالعه تاریخچه مهاجرتی تولیدمثلی این ماهیان توسط دستگاه ICP-MS اندازه گرفته شد. نمونه‌های آب و ماهیان از قسمت جنوب غرب دریای خزر در ماه‌های بهمن و اسفند، نزدیک به زمان تخم‌ریزی این ماهیان، گرفته شدند. میزان Sr آب دریای خزر دو برابر میزان این عنصر در رودخانه بود، ولی تفاوت Ba آب رودخانه و دریا قابل ملاحضه نبود. مقایسه بین دو گروه ماهیان تولیدمثلی و غیرتولیدمثلی نشان داد که با وجود تفاوت کم میزان Sr بین دو دسته ماهی، اختلاف معنی‌داری بین نسبت Ba:Ca اتولیت آن‌ها دیده شد. تفاوت در نسبت Ba:Ca می‌تواند نتیجه حرکت ماهیان به مناطق ساحلی در فصل تولیدمثل و تغذیه در ماهیان غیرتولیدمثلی باشد. به­ طور کلی این مطالعه نشان می­دهد که آنالیز ریزترکیبات شیمیایی اتولیت در تفکیک دو دسته ماهی موثر است. به وسیله نسبت برخی عناصر به کلسیم می‌توان این دو دسته را از هم تفکیک کرد که ابزاری ارزشمند برای درک الگوی حرکتی ماهیان مولد به حساب می آید و می تواند با اطلاعات ناشی از علامت گذاری تکمیل شود.
