اثر غلظت‏های مختلف کبالت بر رشد، برخی ترکیبات بیوشیمیایی و پروفایل اسیدهای چرب ریزجلبک Isochrysis galbana

چکیده

تغییر در غلظت مواد مغذی یکی از راهکارهای موثر در بهبود زیست‌توده و ارزش غذایی ریزجلبک­ها محسوب می­شود. در مطالعه حاضر اثر غلظت‌های مختلف کبالت (001/0، 01/0 (شاهد)، 1/0، 1 و 10 میلی‏گرم در لیتر) بر تراکم سلولی، کلروفیل‌های a و b، چربی، پروفایل اسیدهای چرب، عددهای یدی و صابونی ریزجلبک Isochrysis galbana به مدت دو هفته مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. افزودن 001/0 میلی­گرم در لیتر کبالت موجب بهبود معنی­دار در کلروفیل‌های‏a  (2118/3 میلی‏گرم در لیتر) و b (001/2 میلی‏گرم در لیتر)، محتوای چربی (09/24  درصد) و پروتئین (91/ 53 درصد) در مقایسه با تیمارهای دیگر شد (05/0P<). بیشترین میزان اسید چرب اشباع (83/47 درصد) در تیمار 10 میلی‌گرم در لیتر کبالت مشاهده شد، در حالی که کاهش کبالت تا مقدار 001/0 میلی‌گرم در لیتر سبب افزایش اسیدهای چرب تک غیراشباع (MUFA) و چند غیراشباع (PUFA) شد. همچنین، بیشترین و کمترین میزان عدد یدی و عدد صابونی نیز به ترتیب در غلظت­های 001/0 و 10 میلی‏گرم در لیتر کبالت مشاهده شد. به طور کلی، غلظت 001/0 میلی­گرم در لیتر کبالت میزان کلروفیل، محتوای چربی، پروتئین و PUFA ریزجلبک I. galbanaرا ارتقا بخشید، با این وجود تغییر غلظت بهینه کبالت تاثیر منفی بر رشد داشت.
