غربالگری اکتینوباکترهای نمک دوست دریایی ترشح کننده آنزیم لیپاز از رسوبات آلوده به روغن دریاچه نمک ارومیه

چکیده

در این مطالعه گونه­های اکتینوباکتر تولید کننده لیپاز از محل­های آلوده به روغن دریاچه نمک ارومیه جدا شدند. تمام سویه­های اکتینوباکتر به منظور تعیین فعالیت لیپازی با استفاده از دو سوبسترای لیپیدی Tween-20 و روغن زیتون مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. پس از استخراج DNA، سویه­های جدا شده با بررسی ژن 16S rRNA شناسایی شدند. شش گونه اکتینوباکتر نمک دوست با عناوین LUG03، LUS05، LUG09، LUN15، LUG21 و LUB22 از رسوبات نمک دریاچه ارومیه (بندر شرفخانه) جدا شد که چهار گونه از آن‌ها فعالیت لیپولیتیک مناسبی داشتند و از این میان سویه LUS05 دارای بیشترین فعالیت لیپولیتیک بود. تعیین توالی ژن 16S rRNA مشخص کرد که جدایه­ها متعلق به گونه­های Streptomyces sp.، Nocardiopsis sp.، Glutamicibacter sp. و Brachybacterium sp. بودند.
