بررسی قابلیت پرورش ریزجلبک Dunaliella tertiolecta در آب‌های ژرف سیستان

چکیده

هدف این مطالعه ارزیابی قابلیت آب نخستین چاه ژرف کشور واقع در منطقه سیستان برای پرورش ریزجلبک Dunaliella tertiolecta بود. به این منظور 5 تیمار شامل آب چاه ژرف با شوری­های 20 و ppt35، آب چاه ژرف و نمک دریاچه ارومیه (ppt35) و آب شهر با شوری­های 20 و ppt35 در نظر گرفته شد و ریزجلبک D. tertiolecta به مدت 24 روز تحت شرایط استاندارد (دمای 1±26 درجه سانتی‌گراد، شدت نور 2000 لوکس و 16 ساعت روشنایی- 8 ساعت تاریکی) پرورش داده شد. نتایج نشان داد مقدار pH در همه تیمارها تا روز 6 اندکی افزایش یافت، ولی سپس کاهش یافت و از روز 12 تا 24 روند ثابتی داشت. بالاترین میزان رشد، بیشترین تولید کلروفیل a و کاروتنوئید، بالاترین سرعت رشد ویژه، کمترین زمان دو برابر شدن و بالاترین میزان تقسیم در تیمار آب ژرف با شوری ppt20 مشاهده شد. اگر چه کمترین میزان زی­توده تولیدی در همین تیمار بود. بر اساس این نتایج می‌توان گفت در صورت افزودن نمک به آب ژرف، با تغییر ترکیب و افزایش شوری، میزان زی­توده تولیدی افزایش خواهد یافت و به طور کلی ریزجلبک D. tertiolecta در آب ژرف (چاه شماره یک) منطقه سیستان قابل پرورش است.
