بررسی شاخص‌های همولنف و ایمنی ذاتی میگوی سفید غربی (Litopenaeus vannamei) تغذیه شده با عصاره ترکیبی ماکروجلبک‌های قهوه‌ای و پروبیوتیک تک‌سل ( IS0Bacillus subtilis)

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی تاثیر عصاره آبی ترکیبی ماکروجلبک‌های قهوه‌ای و باکتری Bacillus subtilis IS0 بر شاخص‌های همولنف و ایمنی غیراختصاصی میگوی سفید غربی (Litopenaeus vannamei) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. 2400 قطعه پست‌لارو با میانگین وزنی 87/0±29 میلی‌گرم با تراکم 100 قطعه در 8 گروه (با سه تکرار) ذخیره‌سازی شدند. گروه شاهد از جیره غذایی فاقد عصاره ترکیبی ماکروجلبک (MPE) و پروبیوتیک تک‌سل (P) و بقیه گروه‌ها به ترتیب از جیره غذایی حاوی 15 گرم در کیلوگرم MPE، پروبیوتیک 1 درصد (1P)، 2 درصد (2P)، 3 درصد (3P) و ترکیب عصاره ماکروجلبک‌ها و پروبیوتیک (1P+MPE، 2P+MPE و 3P+MPE) به مدت 60 روز تغذیه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین تعداد کل هموسیت در گروه‌های تغذیه شده با 2P+MPE و 3P+MPE به ترتیب 35/0±36/15 و 36/0±10/15 میلیون در میلی‌لیتر مشاهده شد که با بقیه گروه‌های آزمایشی و شاهد اختلاف معنی‌داری داشتند (05/0>P). استفاده همزمان عصاره و غلظت‌های مختلف پروبیوتیک تک‌سل باعث افزایش معنی‌دار تعداد سلول‌های گرانولار‌‌، نیمه‌گرانولار و هیالین نسبت به گروه شاهد و دیگر گروه‌های آزمایشی شد که بیشترین تعداد این سلول‌ها در گروه‌های تغذیه شده با 2P+MPE و 3P+MPE مشاهده شد (05/0>P). بیشترین میزان پروتئین (21/9±47/111 میلی‌گرم در میلی‌لیتر) و کمترین میزان گلوکز (91/0±0/9 میلی‌گرم در دسی‌لیتر) در گروه تغذیه شده با 2P+MPE مشاهده شد که اختلاف معنی‌داری را با گروه شاهد و دیگر گروه‌های آزمایشی نشان داد (05/0>P). نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که استفاده همزمان عصاره ترکیبی ماکروجلبک‌های قهوه‌ای و پروبیوتیک تک‌سل 2 درصد، باعث بهبود شاخص‌های همولنف و سیستم ایمنی ذاتی در میگوی سفید غربی شد.
