جداسازی باکتری‌های همزیست جلبک Enteromorpha flexuosa و بررسی ویژگی‌های ضدباکتریایی آنها

چکیده

در محیط دریایی، تمام سطوح از جمله انواع جانداران دریایی مانند ماکروجلبک‌های دریایی توسط میکروارگانیسم‌ها کلونیزه می‌شوند. میکروارگانیسم‌های مرتبط با ماکروجلبک‌های دریایی پتانسیل فوق العاده‌ای از جهت متابولیت‌های فعال زیستی ارائه می‌دهند. فولینگ مشکلی مداوم در بخش‌های دریایی است که نیاز به فرایندهای کنترل و تمیز کردن دارد. جستجوی باکتری‌های آنتی‌فولینگ به دلیل آلودگی محیطی مرتبط با استفاده از مواد شیمیایی سمی برای کنترل فولینگ ضروری است. از ماکروجلبک Enteromorpha flexuosa جمع‌آوری شده از دریای عمان، تعداد 4 باکتری همزیست جداسازی و خالص شد. شناسایی مولکولی این باکتری‌ها بر اساس توالی‌های ژن 16S rRNA باکتری‌های Bacillus zhangzhouensis سویه Chabahar 1، Virgibacillus dokdonensis سویه Chabahar 2، Micrococcus endophyticus سویه Chabahar 3 و Bacillus subtilis سویه Chabahar 4 را نشان داد. این توالی‌ها در بانک جهانی ژن به ترتیب با شماره دسترسی OL472895، OL514166، OL514165 و OL514183 ثبت شدند. از این باکتری‌ها عصاره اتانولی استخراج شد و به روش انتشار چاهک مورد غربالگری قرار گرفت. این باکتری‌ها هیج اثر ممانعت کننده رشد را بر یکدیگر نشان ندادند.
