تقویت اثرات ضدباکتریایی فیلم‌های کامپوزیتی بر پایه ژلاتین استخراج شده از ضایعات ماهی کیلکا و صمغ زانتان با استفاده از روغن آنغوزه

چکیده

امروزه استفاده از مواد طبیعی در ساختمان پانسمان زخم‌ها توجه زیادی را به خود جلب کرده است که می‌تواند بر مشکلات جدی محیطی ناشی از مواد مصنوعی معمول غلبه کند. در این مطالعه، ابتدا ژلاتین از ضایعات ماهی کیلکای خزر استخراج و سپس برای ساخت فیلم‌های کامپوزیتی به صورت خالص (G) و در ترکیب با زانتان (GX) و روغن آنغوزه (GXA) استفاده شد. ویژگی‌های مکانیکی، درصد تورم و ساختار سطحی فیلم‌های ساخته شده بررسی شد. همچنین اثرات ضدباکتریایی و ضدبیوفیلمی فیلم‌های G، GX و GXA ارزیابی شد. بیشترین میزان مقاومت کششی مربوط به فیلم GX (59/0±30/37 مگاپاسکال) و کمترین مقدار برای فیلم ژلاتین خالص (2/0±74/11 مگاپاسکال) ثبت شد. برای شاخص کشیدگی در هنگام شکستن، بیشترین مقدار در فیلم GXA (21/0±87/54 درصد) و کمترین در فیلم G (68/0±61/15 درصد) اندازه‌گیری شد. بیشترین درصد تورم نیز برای فیلم GX به میزان 3/15± 300 درصد ثبت شد. فیلم GXA بیشترین اثرات ضدمیکروبی و ضدبیوفیلمی را نشان داد. نتایج به دست آمده از این مطالعه نشان داد که فیلم ساخته شده از ژلاتین در ترکیب با زانتان و روغن آنغوزه ویژگی‌های مکانیکی و اثرات ضدباکتریایی ایده‌آلی را برای به کارگیری در ساختار پانسمان زخم دارد.
