تاثیر تراکم بر کارایی و برخی فراسنجه‏ های آنتی‏اکسیدانی همولنف میگوی پاسفید غربی (Litopenaeus vannamei) در سیستم بیوفلاک

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی تاثیر تراکم ذخیره‎سازی بر برخی از شاخص‏های کارایی و فعالیت فراسنجه‏های بیوشیمیایی همولنف میگوی پاسفید غربی (Litopenaeus vannamei) در سیستم بیوفلاک طراحی شد. پست‏لاروهای سی روزه میگو برای این منظور با تراکم‏های 100، 200، 300 و 400 قطعه در متر مکعب (با سه تکرار) در دوازده مخزن پلی‎اتیلنی با حجم کاری 200 لیتر و حاوی بیوفلاک توزیع و برای نه هفته با کمک غذای دستی تا حد سیری تغذیه شدند و در انتها شاخص‏های کارایی، فعالیت آنزیم‏های آنتی‏اکسیدانی و برخی فراسنجه‏های استرس میگو مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد افزایش تراکم در سیستم بیوفلاک تاثیر معنی‏داری در میزان رشد داشت و منجر به کاهش وزن نهایی، نرخ رشد روزانه و کارآیی تغذیه شد. با این وجود، میزان زی‏توده تولید شده میگوهای پاسفید غربی با افزایش تراکم در سیستم بیوفلاک افزایش یافت و در تراکم 400 قطعه میگو در متر مکعب به حدود 7/1 برابر بیشتر از میزان آن در تراکم 100 قطعه میگو در متر مکعب رسید. این در حالی است که فراسنجه‏ها مربوط به دفاع آنتی‌اکسیدانی شامل سطح فعالیت آنزیم‏های سوپراکسید دیسموتاز، کاتالاز و گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز همراه با افزایش تراکم تا 300 قطعه در متر مکعب در سیستم بیوفلاک افزایش یافت. میزان کورتیزول و سطح گلوکز همولنف نیز یک روند کاهشی را با افزایش تراکم تا 300 قطعه میگو در متر مکعب نشان داد. بنابراین تراکم 300 قطعه میگو در متر مکعب در شرایطی که هدف تولید بیشترین میزان زی‏توده باشد برای تولید در سیستم فوق‏متراکم بیوفلاک قابل توصیه خواهد بود، در حالی که تراکم 100 قطعه میگو در متر مکعب می‌تواند برای تولید میگو به منظور عرضه به بازار مفید باشد.
