بررسی خاصیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی زهر عروس دریایی Chrysaora hysoscella

چکیده

برخی گونه­های عروس دریایی قابلیت تولید زهری را دارند که حاوی ترکیباتی با ویژگی‌های درمانی بالقوه‌ای است. زهر عروس دریایی گونه Chrysaora hysoscella دارای خواص مختلفی است که کمتر به آن­ها پرداخته شده است. در این پژوهش، استخراج و تخلیص زهر عروس دریایی C. Chrysaora و خاصیت آنتی­اکسیدانی آن بررسی شد. پس از  استخراج زهر، با استفاده از روش کروماتوگرافی مایع با کارایی بالا (HPLC)، محدوده­های آن تخلیص شد. پروتئین­های تخلیص شده با استفاده از SDS-PAGE ارزیابی شدند. اثر آنتی­اکسیدانی محدوده­ها، با استفاده از سه روش DPPH، ABTS و FRAP مطالعه شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که زهر خام C. hysoscella حاوی 10 محدوده با وزن مولکولی 15 تا 170 کیلودالتون بود که از بین آنها، محدوده 2 جرم مولکولی کمتر از 15 کیلودالتون داشت. نتایج نشان داد که محدوده 2 به ترتیب در غلظت­های 21، 31، و 52 میکروگرم در میلی­لیتر قادر به مهار 50 درصد رادیکال­های آزاد بود. با توجه به نتایج مثبت فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی، شناسایی ترکیبات دیگر موثر موجود در زهر، نیازمند مطالعات بیشتر است.
